ORDERING

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Orders

All original canvas works are shipped via UPS and require a signature at delivery. Flat paper works are shipped via USPS.

International Orders

All international sales are final.

International Orders are shipped via USPS Priority International and rates are calculated based on country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and distance. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.
International packages are a bit outside of my control. Boarder fees, duties, and handling fees may be charged by other countries. Tracking is also quite unreliable with international shipments.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Kayla King will NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be shipped, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery (longer for international orders). In order to provide the best service I can, I take the time to properly package each order so that it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. Because it's just me as a small business and not a big corporation with many employees, this means a little extra time from the time you submit an order to the time it arrives at the post office. I thank you advance for your patience and promise it will be worth the wait! A tracking number will be send to you via email upon shipment.

Our standard shipping methods for unframed paper works is either a flat double reinforced rigid mailer or a sturdy cardboard tubes - depending on your order. Works 11x14 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer. All original work on paper larger than 11x14 will be carefully packaged and gently rolled in a rigid mailing tube for safe travel. Professional framing is recommended.

All framed works up to 30x40 are super securely wrapped and packed in a reinforced rigid box. Framed works will be shipped with a signature requirement for delivery; please be prepared to receive your package. Please see below regarding purchasing insurance for your framed works.

I do my very best to calculate shipping based on your location, however if there is a significant difference in shipping cost, I will either send you an invoice for the difference (if higher) or send you a refund (if lower).

For locals who want to pick up: choose “STUDIO PICKUP” at checkout to save shipping costs.

INSURANCE

Insurance is not standard on any of our shipments, however it can be added to most orders for an additional fee.

I pack your purchase with precision and meticulous care - however, bumps and bruises can occur once packages leave our facilities. Customers purchasing large or heavy works (especially those that are framed) may wish to consider adding insurance.

PLEASE NOTE

I am unable to ship to PO BOXES so please be sure to provide your full daytime delivery address and contact phone number.

I am also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please be sure to double check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.

If your package has been returned to us after an attempted delivery was made and your package was not collected, you will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number for your package (if available.)

Kayla King retains all rights to artwork, including previously sold and commissioned original paintings. Kayla King retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork, excluding custom commissioned work.
