Original Painting Returns (Domestic orders only)
I want you to be delighted with your new painting. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Prints/reproductions are not returnable for any reason other than damage during transit. If your print arrived damaged due to shipping, please send an email to email@example.com with photos of the damage within 5 days of receiving your print in order to receive a replacement.
All international orders are final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an original painting. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.
